• All of our guests rooms have private baths, with double, queen, or kingbeds.
• One half of our guest rooms are air conditioned.
• Every guest can enjoy an expanded complimentary continental breakfast each morning and a fun-filled evening at our Porchside Bar and Purgatory Dance Club.
• Wireless internet service
• We also have a side yard for relaxation and sunning. The Gifford House Inn is centrally located, convenient to everything Provincetown has to offer.
• We welcome groups in the off-season and on certain weekends, we can offer a group discount.
• Whether it be for room accommodations, a night at our dance club, or a drink on the porch, or by the fire, our friendly staff will make your visit enjoyable and memorable.

Off Season Rates: September 8 - June 30 with the following exceptions:

High Off Season Rates: Provincetown Film Festival (6/17-6/20), Portuguese Festival, Mates Leather Weekend (9/30-10/3), Women's Week (10/9-10/18)

Summer Rates: Memorial Day Weekend, July 19 thru September 6, Halloween, and New Year's Weekend

Summer Event Weeks: July 2-8, July 9-18, August 15-21.

Pets: We regret we cannot accommodate pets of any kind. However, if you have a dog or cat with which you want to share the Provincetown experience, board them at KC's Animal Resort, 508.487.7900, located on Shank Painter Road.

Check-in time is 2 pm, Check-out time is 11 am.

 All rooms have private baths. Rates based on double occupancy (one or two persons)

Additional charge for each person over two people per night. $10 Off-Season, $20 Summer

All rooms require a 50% deposit.

Cancellation Policy: Less than 14 days notice, 10% refund of room deposit.

14 days or more notice, 95% refund of room deposit.

During 4th of July, Bear Week, Carnival and Labor Day Weekends, there is a 5 night minimum.

Other Summer Weekends, there is a 4 night minimum.

Prices shown do not include State Tax of 5.7% and Local Room Tax of 6%.
